The winter season begins on 20 Dicember 2025 and ends on 8 April 2026.
The summer season begins on 1st May 2026 and ends on 8 November 2026.

The Hotel Senoner is located in the heart of South Tyrol at an altitude of 1,100 meters.

Your room will be ready for occupancy from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.

On the day of departure, rooms should be left by 10:00 a.m.

If the room is still available, you are welcome to depart later. We reserve the right to calculate a surcharge of up to €25 per person, depending on the room category and departure time.

Breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

We serve dinner from 6:30 p.m. We kindly ask you to be at the table by 7:30 p.m.

Bed and breakfast accommodation is available, with a deduction of €10.00 per person per day compared to half board.

Because enjoyment can be found in many places. We would like you to discover the huts, inns, and farm taverns in our region.

We are happy to prepare gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian meals for you. However, we do not offer vegan cuisine. Please let us know your requirements when you make your booking. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for this upon departure.

Yes. For single occupancy of a double room or suite, the surcharge ranges from 35% to a maximum of 90%, depending on the category.

Prices are per person per day for stays of at least 4 nights. We charge a surcharge for shorter stays.

No. The visitor's tax is €2.80 per person per day for guests aged 14 and older and is not included in the prices quoted.

You are welcome to bring your pets with you on request. Please bring a blanket or basket with you. We have certain room categories available for guests with pets. We charge €14.00 to €20.00 per day for this. If special final cleaning is required, this will be charged additionally.

We will be happy to accommodate your room requests as far as possible.

Children aged 0 to 3 years pay between €15.00 and €25.00 per day, depending on the category.
Children aged 4 to 8 years receive a 50% discount.
Children aged 9 to 14 receive a 25% discount.
Discounts apply when there are two full-paying adults in the room. If a double room is occupied by one adult and one child, the child pays the full price.

Third parties aged 15 and over receive a 10% discount.

Payment can be made on arrival by EC card or cash (up to a maximum of €2,999.00). We are reluctant to accept credit cards and ask for your understanding in this matter.

Cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival is free of charge. Further cancellation conditions will be agreed upon individually.
We expressly refer to the provisions of Articles 45–67 of the Italian Consumer Protection Code (GvD 206/2005).

There are parking spaces for arrival and departure directly at the hotel, and we also have a free underground car park for cars, buses, and motorcycles.

There is an indoor swimming pool with a whirlpool and counter-current system on your disposal. The water temperature is a pleasant 28–30 °C. There is a separate paddling pool for children, where our younger guests can have fun in complete safety. A Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, solarium, and relaxation room complete the wellness facilities.

Of course. As befits a small wellness hotel in South Tyrol, you can enjoy soothing massages that further relax your body and mind.

Yes, the hotel has a farm with animals, two playrooms, an outdoor playground with pedal tractors, a trampoline and lots of play equipment.
